Taproot Community Farms has joined with the Mac’s Creek Foundation to continue its mission of building a stronger local food system through education, community engagement, and sustainable farming practices. As part of the Foundation’s Local Food Initiative – Greenhouses (L.F.I.G.), Taproot continues to provide meaningful hands-on experiences and locally grown food for families throughout Iron County, Michigan.
