WWW-UP
is a giving circle in Iron County, MI. They meet every third Thursday of the month.
Each meeting is held the third Thursday of the month at a different location in Iron County. Each month, a different Iron County nonprofit is featured. Members pay $10 and are required to bring a bottle of wine or a guest. Guests are required to contribute $10 to the featured nonprofit. December's meeting is for members only. Any bottles of wine not drunk during the year's meetings are held for this event. Donations go to a cause voted on by members.
Last year, WWW-UP gave away almost $5,000 to local nonprofits. They raised $1,000 in December for St. Vincent de Paul to be used for utilities and security payments for housing.
